Product Overview
The Cold Rolling Mill range covers 20-high Sendzimir, 18-high, offset 8-high, 6-high and 4-high systems. Selection is based on material strength, incoming thickness, target thickness, strip width, line speed and required strip shape.
JINYE developed a domestic 20-high mill solution capable of rolling 201 stainless steel, helping customers expand material compatibility and production range. Energy-saving drive systems and AGC/AFC-ready automation can be included when the process requires higher precision and repeatability.
Specification Range
- 20-high, 18-high and offset 8-high mills: width options from 350 mm to 1780 mm, with reference speeds from 500 to 800 m/min.
- 6-high mills: width options from 550 mm to 1780 mm, with reference speeds from 600 to 1500 m/min.
- 4-high mills: width options from 350 mm to 1450 mm, with reference speeds from 200 to 500 m/min.
- Power consumption can be reduced by approximately 30% compared with conventional configurations, depending on process and drive design.
