Bright Annealing Line systems are configured mainly for stainless steel and steel strip heat treatment. Options include conventional bright annealing, horizontal loop and vertical loop configurations.
The system is selected according to material grade, strip width, thickness range, target mechanical properties, line speed, atmosphere requirements and plant energy conditions.
Specification Range
- Conventional bright annealing line: width options from 450 mm to 1780 mm, reference speed 15-45 m/min, thickness 0.03-8.0 mm, TV value 7-12.
- Horizontal loop furnace: 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12-layer loop options, width options from 450 mm to 1780 mm, reference speed 40-120 m/min, thickness 0.03-8.0 mm, TV value 10-30.
- Vertical loop furnace: 12, 14, 16, 18 or 20-group loop options, width options from 450 mm to 1780 mm, reference speed 40-120 m/min, thickness 0.03-8.0 mm, TV value 10-30.
Operating Advantages
Designed for stable running speed, low energy consumption and gas-electric energy efficiency. Depending on line conditions, the overall equipment solution can support approximately 30% electrical energy saving and about 15% oil-smoke pollution reduction compared with conventional process routes.
